This is where the rubber meets the road and you save the most money. You will provide information about your employment, assets, and your residence history. Step three: apply for your loan

Step four: funding

The real estate agents will find a title company to handle the "funding" and closing of the sale. We'll work with this company to ensure all the papers your lender needs are in order, and you'll probably}likely sign everything at this company's office. We do all the work to work with with this company on your closing date. Since you won't have to worry about these details, you can concentrate on moving logistics, painting, new carpet, and the fun parts of moving into your new house.
